No. Fan Zone / promos referrals are member rewards. Affiliates is the creator/publisher commission program with tracked links. Don’t convert personal invite codes into affiliate links expecting double pay.
Via the partner payout portal once approved (bank / PayPal). Tax forms required before first payout. Until the portal is live, email affiliates@puckgold.com.
Yes. Contracts are in USD; exchange fees may apply. International partners will upload W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E before payout when the portal is live.
